How we send your flute
Our aim is to make shipping as simple as possible.

Domestic (UK) shipping costs

Shipping is calculated on an individual basis as this is dependant on the flute size, weight, speed of service and any additional insurance that is requested for transit. It can cost from as little as £12 with Royal Mail including packaging (prices are subject to change).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we value international customers as much as those from closer to home. We are happy to get a quote to your location with your requirements.

How long does it take to ship?

This is dependant on what service you wish to purchase. Express delivery can take from 1-3 days domestically, 1-7 internationally, and Economy longer still. If purchasing for a particular occasion (birthday or similar) please purchase factoring enough time for delivery. RKF cannot be held accountable for shipping delays once the flute has left our hands.

Can I order express or faster shipping?

Yes express shipping is available at an additional cost.

What service do you use to ship your flutes?

We aim to keep the cost of shipping down for our customers, therefore we shop around between the top companies to find the best deal for you and your budget. We provide shipping at cost price and do not make any money from shipping.

Can I track my order?

Depending on the shipping service chosen you may be able to track your order. If you can we will provide a tracking number for you.

What if something happens to my order in transit?

Our recommendation to all customers is to choose a shipping service with additional insurance for transit. This then covers your flute in the event of loss/ damage. In the event of loss/ damage RKF will aim to reclaim the costs and deliver you a replacement where possible of equal value and quality.

Can my order be delivered 365 days a year?

We are a small team (sometimes only one person) running a garden based business. Whilst we endeavour to fulfil your orders as soon as possible we are restricted by factors such as staff holiday, sickness or external factors such as public holidays or shipping partner opening times. Rest assured that we will keep you up to date with orders. If you need your flute quickly for a particular occasion, please make us aware via email and we will try our best.
