We obviously hope that you love your RKF flute, but if you would like to return your flute please read our returns policy below.

What is your returns policy?

Red Kite are committed to ensuring our customers are happy with their purchase and understand that purchasing a handmade item is a very personal process. Unlike other places we are therefore happy to accept returns with 1 year of receipt of your flute (whether in person at events or via post) so long as the flute is in the same condition as sold.

The returns of the flute is at the customers expense unless otherwise agreed by RKF. Items are to be returned in a strong protective material such as thick cardboard postal tube. We recommend insuring the item for transit as RKF cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage by your chosen delivery services.

If you would like to return your flute after a year then RKF are happy to purchase your flute back at 50% of the original sale cost, so long as it is in the same saleable condition.

Custom flutes may not be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect which we would endeavour to fix in reasonable time.

How do I make a return?

Before making a return please contact us as some issues can be resolved with help.

If a return is still necessary then please package safely and securely (recommended in a postal tube) to our workshop address via insured shipping.

How do I cancel an order?

Please call or email us and we will endeavour to stop the order process and return any payments made.
